The ideal candidate will have a degree in Agriculture or similar related business field together with solid experience in the dairy and beef cattle genetics industry. An extensive background as a leader of successful teams is a plus. In addition, experience in relationship sales management with a consultative approach in the development of long term business relationships at all levels. Possess the following qualities:
- Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc., along with Herd Management Software experience
- Interpersonal skills as a key strength in motivating and influencing others
- Ability to promote and sell leading genetics, products, services and programs
